KEEP ACNE AWAY JUICE RECIPE:

  • Carrot-2
  • Apple- 1
  • Ginger- 1/2 inch
  • Kale few leafs

Grind all these ingredients in a blender and drink it early in the morning every day.

 

HEALTHY SKIN JUICE RECIPE:

  • Cucumber- 1/2
  • Pineapple- few slices
  • Apple- 1/2
  • Ginger- 1/2 inch
  • Lemon 1

Cut all the ingredients and mix it in a blender and drink it.

 

SUPER GLOWING SKIN JUICE:

  • Beetroot- 1
  • Carrot- 1/2
  • Ginger- 1/2 inch
  • Kale 5 leafs

Peel the beetroot and carrot. Cut them into small pieces and wash it well. Put it in a blender. Then peel the ginger and add it to the blender as well. Then blend everything together until it gains a smoothie consistency. Drink it every day on empty stomach.

SUPER SMOOTH SKIN JUICE RECIPE:

  • Carrots- 2
  • cucumber- 1
  • celery stalk-1
  • apple-1

Peel the cucumber, carrot and apple. Chop it and put them in a blender. Add celery stalk and blend it all together.

 

ANTI-AGING JUICE RECIPE:

Cabbage has beta-carotene, selenium, and vitamin C. This helps our body to combat aging.

  • Cabbage- 2 large leaves of cabbage
  • Carrots- 4
  • Ginger- 1/2 inch
  • Kale 5 leafs
  • Lemon 1

Take all the ingredients and juice it up and drink 2 times a day.

Try to have any of this juice every day!

When the body is unable to filter out toxins through the digestive system, toxins are released through the skin, causing cystic acne, which produces large, painful pimples that tend to leave deep scars if the infection is not treated properly.

For those detoxing, an increase in acne may occur initially as toxins that have built up in the gut and liver are being removed, but after the first few days, many see a drastic improvement in skin clarity.

Fortunately, financial struggles do not have to mean that nourishing foods are out of reach. With a lot of determination and a little bit of creativity, we can eat healthy food on a budget. As different people have different eating habits, not all of the following ideas will apply to everyone. I encourage you to make food choices that resonate with your body and spirit, knowing that a healthy and nourishing diet does not look exactly the same for each person.

Cooking my own meals from scratch has been the most significant way for me to stretch my own food budget while eating nourishing foods. It is not always easy to fit cooking into our busy days, but it can be such a big help if we are trying to save money. If you use fresh, in season ingredients it is possible to make simple, delicious meals that cost even less than prepackaged items.

Wherever you are on your nourishing food journey, remember that keeping stress levels low is so important to our health. If cooking every meal from scratch seems too daunting, just do what you can. If you eat processed food on a particularly busy day, you can eat something nourishing the next day, and move on.

Cooking and eating can be a joyful part of life, and sharing meals with friends and family encourages community and connection. So be kind to yourself, explore ingredients and new skills to figure out what fits into your life, and enjoy creating delicious meals and wonderful memories.
